Rubberland exercise bands are fantastic for at home working out, or to take to the gym with you! Perfect to fit into your bag and don’t have unnecessary bells and whistles making them heavy or uncomfortable. The rubber is really soft on your skin and provides really great resistance for all different body work outs. I also really liked that it has so many ranges in strength, I started on a lighter band and have moved two bands stronger since beginning 10 weeks ago. I definitely recommend these to anyone who is keen to do resistance exercises using your own body weight, they are definitely the best brand for it!
